  • Address of the property.
  • An individual customer, please prepare your Hong Kong ID or passport number.

What happens next:

  • We will send the tenant an SMS on the exact time of activation.
  • YouThe owner/tenant will receive the electronic bill every 2 months from the email you provided. For more details and alternative ways to receive bill, please visit Billing arrangement.
  • As you have to pay a $0 deposit for your new account, we will reflect the payable amount in your first bill.
  • The deposit bill will be issued within 1 week after account application has been confirmed.
  • YouThe owner/tenant will receive the electronic bill every month from the email you provided. For more details and alternative ways to receive bill, you can refer to Billing arrangement.
  • Deposit for Public House is $650. Deposit of private residential will be calculated in unit area, the minimum is $800.
  • If you need to provide supporting tenancy/purchase agreement, please submit it with reference number to [email protected] within 7 days.
  • You can also check the status of your open account via Application Progress Tracking system.
  • You can create an online account to manage your electricity account after your move in application is success. For more details, you may refer to help & support.
